I work with adults 18+ who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, loss of identity, and life transitions.
Sessions are personalized to support individual experience, using evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Together we will uncover approaches that resonate with you, providing a framework of exploration that is safe and empowering.
